Refund policy

Deliveries:

Delivery within 5-7 working days.
Check article before Paying.
Delivery might be impacted in case any Political or natural mishap occurs within
State.

Return & Exchange

All products purchased from saadut.com can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery. You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to cr@saadut.com.pk, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Saadut we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be
required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at cr@saadut.com.pk, within 7 days days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Refund:
Exchange request is made after the mentioned time frame.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product has tampered.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing,
freebies, and accessories.
We have no policy for refund, however in case of non-availability of the article, or if the
received item is in a flawed condition, Similar amount of item(S) Can be added to cart,
within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of
your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
* SA'ADUT reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including,
unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
